Kiev is a beautiful city with many beautiful women. But it is very hard to find the one you'd wanna settle down with. Possible but hard. It is a lot easier and there are even more available women in Russia. IMO Russian women are less money oriented and are more into having a traditional family. Obviously it's a generalisation and you can find great women in Ukraine and horrible women in Russia, but odds are you will find what you are looking for a lot quicker and easier in Russia.
